1. Ticket Purchase & Payment

  • All prices are listed in USD.
  • All purchases are final. Once a ticket is issued, it cannot be exchanged or cancelled.
  • Payments are processed via secure third-party gateways. We do not store full financial data on our servers.
  • A booking is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email with your digital ticket/QR code.

2. Ticket Tiers & Access

  • Bronze/Silver/Fan Fit: Access is limited to designated zones.
  • Gold/VIP/VVIP: Access to premium lounges and backstage areas is subject to venue security protocols.
  • VVIP Meet & Greet: Subject to artist availability and specific timing. Failure to arrive at the scheduled time may result in forfeiture of the session without a refund.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • No Refunds: Tickets are non-refundable except in the event of a total cancellation of the concert by the organizer.
  • Rescheduling: If the event is postponed, your ticket will remain valid for the new date.
  • Resale: Unauthorized resale of tickets at a premium is strictly prohibited and may result in the cancellation of the ticket without notice.

4. Venue Entry & Security

  • Identification: All ticket holders must present a valid government-issued ID (Passport/National ID) that matches the name on the ticket.
  • Security Screening: All attendees are subject to security searches. Prohibited items (weapons, illegal substances, professional cameras without permits) are strictly forbidden.
  • Right of Refusal: The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or eject any person whose conduct is deemed disorderly or who fails to comply with venue rules.

5. VVIP & VIP Specific Terms

  • Age Restrictions: VVIP and VIP lounge areas may have age restrictions (e.g., 18+ or 21+) due to alcohol service. Please check specific event details before purchasing.
  • Hospitality: Catering and bar services are provided during specific hours and are subject to local licensing laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • The organizer is not responsible for personal property lost or stolen at the venue.
  • Attendees assume all risks incidental to the event, including exposure to loud music and strobe lighting.

7. Privacy & Data Use

Your personal data collected during the booking process is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By purchasing, you consent to receive event-related updates via email or WhatsApp.
